Giant incinerator plan for Sellafield

A business plan is in the advanced stages for a GIANT incinerator to burn nuclear and domestic waste near Sellafield.
Maybe Dublin City Council can bid for some of this action. After all the Germans have imported radioactive waste from the mafia in Naples to fund their "modern" Hamburg incinerator. But at first the Germans claimed they did not know it included radioactive waste - did they expect Homer or the Irish-EPA to do a site inspection?
